The privacy policy of REAL FANS assures you that REAL FANS will not share or give any information given by its users to third party.

All information gathered by REAL FANS will allow us to validate your information concerning your credit card profile. Also, REAL FANS gives itself the right to use this information to communicate with its users.

Purchase policies

Price policy

All prices stated on the website are guaranteed during the checkout process. Prices for tickets may vary depending on the offer and demand. Prices on tickets are subject to change without notice. REAL FANS is not responsible for these price changes and will not modify any completed transactions.

Ticket reception

Following an approved and completed transaction, the client will receive his tickets by email in PDF format without any extra fees. The client is responsible to print his own tickets bought.

Payment processed with credit cards

REAL FANS will pursue legal actions against any individual who attempts any fraudulent activities and/or does not respect the credit card policy. All transaction processed by credit card are submitted to the condition of REAL FANS.

Refund policies

Refund option

REAL FANS offers the possibility of refund, up to 30 days before the event. Also, the REAL FANS refund policy is at REAL FANS discretion and is subject to change without notice.

Lost or stolen tickets

In case of lost or stolen tickets, it is the buyers responsibility to alert REAL FANS as soon as possible to allow REAL FANS to evaluate the situation. REAL FANS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep them in a safe location. REAL FANS suggests buyers to keep the email as well as the attached document containing the tickets in PDF format to avoid any non-desired situations.

Event cancelled

If an event is to be cancelled officially, REAL FANS will refund you the total amount of your purchase. If an event is postponed, REAL FANS will issue you a credit for a next purchase if you are not able to attend this new date. REAL FANS will not refund, nor give a credit if the event is running late and is not concerned or responsible if you are not able to attend an event.

REAL FANS responsibility limitation

REAL FANS is not responsible for any external factors that may result of your presence and course of events (ex: inconvenience due to transportation, being late to event, crowd movements, evacuation of building and expulsion)

Client responsibility

It is the buyers responsibility to check the date and time of the event on the tickets. REAL FANS is not responsible for any changes in this situation and suggests that you check if any such changes have been announced by the event.
